Hi everyone!

I have a question. I can't seem to find a straight answer anywhere...when starting herbs such as Fenugreek or Saw Palmetto....do you start with each herb one by one? Or do you start a regiment with every herb on day one? Huh

I read from sources that said start with all of them, but then I also read somewhere where you start with one herb at a time and slowly add more herbs in the subsequent weeks, so I am a little confused by this.

I am sorry if the answer if here somewhere and I just overlooked it but if someone could help direct me or send me to a page where there is an answer, it would be greatly appreciated!!

Thanks in advance! Smile
Start both herbs everday but at a lower dose to start building up slowly until you find the right amount for you like i take half the recomended dose of ainterol pueraria because a 1000mg is too much for me. So its about listening to your body to find the perfect balance for growth.

Thank you!!
If you start with one herb for a few days then add another and so on, then you can determine how each one affects you. Headaches, nausea, allergic reaction. Hope this helps.

Darnit! I already started...as of this morning lol. It's probably already too late to just go back to doing each one separate without cleansing...? Sad
Depends how long ago you started and which herb... some herbs build up and stay in the system more than others.

I started this morning off with 1 hops, 1 fenugreek, and 1 saw palmetto...and thats all i've had in terms of herbs today
You'll be fine. There is more than one way of doing things. Since you started them all and since it seems that that is what you want to do, just ramp them up individually over the course of 2 weeks or so. I.E. Increase Fenugreek over the next few days, then start increasing Hops or Saw Palmetto, then after a few days of that start increasing your last herb. No biggy!

Ok, that makes sense....thanks!
Yeah, like NotSoBusty said, nothing in this journey is set in stone or anything. We all find what works for us and it's usually not very transferable.

I'm essentially starting my program all at once as well, but I've experimented with most of it in the past, so I already have a good idea of things to look out for. My program is also very synergistic in it's design and implementation... I've chosen things to balance everything when taken together. My plan's goals are to limit testosterone severely, while simultaneously raising progesterone and estrogen, keeping them in balance with each other.

The main reason to start them one by one is as Coco said, to know where the adverse reactions came from. You don't have to do that. If you have any adverse reactions, and you started all at once, you'll have to quit all at once though... then do the slow introduction to figure out which herb or what combination of herbs caused the reaction.

Sometimes herbs will interact with each other in unusual ways that don't usually occur for most people, if it's a combination that caused the reaction, you can only pinpoint it if it was between the first and second herb you introduce...

This stuff is actually really really complex and even if you do introduce them one at a time you can't know for sure where any adverse reactions come from. Not really. Introducing them one at a time improves your predictiveness on what it MIGHT be, but you'd still have to wait for them to wash out and check your hypothesis.
