i would just like to ask some advice on my breast growth program. I am currently massaging with flaxseed oil (more on left breast as it is smaller) with a red clover capsual added to it for around 15 to 20 mins a day. I am also taking...
2750mg of fenugreek (x5 550mg caps)
650mg of red clover (x2 325mg caps)
And drinking 4 cups of fennel tea and 2 cups of dandelion tea.
I am 23 yrs old and have always had very small breasts. Im just under an A cup tho all the women in my family have large breasts :-(
i am 5ft 7inch tall and weigh 8 stone 3 (115 pounds) and i know that putting weight on would help a lot so if anyone has tips for that that woukd be great as i find it very hard to put weigt on. I would be very greatfull for any advice on my chosen program and anything i could add to improve my chances of growth. My mesurements are....
Waist: 26 inch
hips: 33 inch
busy: 31 1/2 inch
