I have for the second time after luteal phase experienced this ultra squishy boob effect. What is this? I feel like after they deflated, the denseness is gone and in this last cycle, I feel like either they lost even more denseness or maybe lost fat cell accumulation to higher prolactin levels.

Maybe noogling during luteal phase spikes up prolactin? After all, both progesterone and estrogen are the lowest by the time the menses come. So maybe my ultra low levels of est/prog are leaving me with nothing but a prolactin spike by the time tI enter he new cycle

Or maybe there are tiny little new fat cells being accumulated around this time to get larger and divide again. In other words, a new growing stage???

Any one experience their breasts going from denser to squishy? I wish to hear all of your thoughts and experiences with this. Dying to figure this out.
Mine go through those phases, too. I haven't really thought too much about what might be causing it, and I'm not quite too sure when exactly it occurs, whether it's with growth or after. I'm pretty curious as to what it means, too!
Mine do the same thing! Before I started NBE my boobs were hard all the time- to the point where I thought there was basically no fat in them at all (which might be silly, but they were like rocks!).
They are much softer now, especially after my menses when they deflate. I kind of figured the overall change was due to new fat and the skin stretching from pumping.
As for the monthly change, maybe the hormone levels plummet and any swelling you might have leaves? Who knows?
Please someone solve the mystery! XD

I know, Right! I think of them as water ballooons as that is how they feel!

I am praying that they have swollen greater these days to induce new growth or hoarding of new fat cells which are prob tiny little gals soon to clump together. I am hoping.
