Ok. I've been looking at some girls programs and I remember one said something about not taking the pills because of her cycle. My questions are
1. How do you make your nbe WORK right by following your cycle/period?
2. Do you take it during your cycle? After?
Well, when I took my any nbe I always had stomach pains and it will come out through the other end.

A lot of ladies here work their programs around their period, changing their herbs at each different phase of the cycle. For me, though, it's easiest just to stop everything for the first 5 days of my monthly, then start it up like usual afterwards. It's the only way I'm able to get my monthly while on my herbs (it wasn't like that in the beginning, somehow), and it serves as my own monthly mini-cleanse.
What's your NBE program? Maybe someone can help you develop your plan a little differently if it's making you sick.

I hope I'm replaying right but I'm using Booby Staked and Ultimate Stacked Pills and starting tomorrow I will be using my Noogle up again. I take both cream and pill in the morning on a empty stomach and before I go to bed. Simple for now
