Full Version: Going backwards? please help

Hi everyone,

I have a small dilemma, and I was wondering if anyone could give me any suggestions or insight into my situation, as it has me completely stumped!

Over the past few weeks I've lost a little over .75" from my bust. My bras are looser, and in recent pictures my breasts look smaller, so I know it is real loss and not just measuring error.

I had been maintaining pretty much the same size for the past three months and getting an inch of swelling using NB for around 2 hours a day.

I've been taking 160mg of Swanson's Bovine Pituitary (half in the morning, half at night), 1750mg Swanson's Bovine Ovary (1000mg morning, 750 night), and 6g Arginine (upon waking, 1 hr before BO and any food).

In the past month I have only overpumped once. And I can't think of anything I have changed in my routine recently, except that I have been noogling in the morning, whereas before I was usually doing it at night.

Is it possible that noogling in a fasted state is doing more harm than good? Or could there be another reason for the shrinkage that I've overlooked?

If anyone had any similar experiences or insight into what might be going on it would be a huge help!

Have you lost/gained any weight or changed your exercise lately? Back in April I started a workout called Insanity with tons of cardio and I lost 5 pounds and most of my progress in a week! I'm pretty thin and struggle to gain/keep weight anyways. If I go a weekend eating very little or lots of junk, I lose a lot of fullness. Sad
I was thinking it could have been weight loss because those days I noogled in the morning I didn't eat for 4+ hours after I woke up. But I didn't lose anywhere except my bust, and I usually lose weight fairly evenly through my body. Sad Is it possible that by encouraging/discouraging blood flow to a specific area you can target fat loss? It sounds far fetched..

I don't know if it's that far fetched. In NBE we are also encouraging weight gain in our boobs, and I know that often where one gains weight easily, one looses it just as easily. Also since boobs consist of a lot of fat, that's the sort of reserve your body might use if it's not getting enough energy from food. Just a thought...
