I'm 62 & have been on NBE for 26 mo. (a long time). Tried BO, PM, Greenbush, Noogleberry & currently on Hops + herbs ( X 2.5 mo). I haven't seen much growth, if any. I'm reaching out to anyone postmenopausal (or close to it) who has tried NBE & had success so I could try your program to help me.
If I'd have known anyone who is or around your age doing nbe, I would have strongly recommended a complete hormone panel and most likely you are or have been through menopause which means your would need to be on some sort of HRT (hormone replacement therapy).

This would make complete sense as to why you have had no/not much results.

You are likely to have no HGH output and would need to be on HGH by injection by prescription.

I am peri-menopausal only because of my thyroid condition an I am way too young to be going through this, so I am speaking from experience.

Please see your doctor and get your tests done if you have not. This NBE stuff is only half of it the rest is what your body is able to do with it.

Thanks for your input. Do you think a hormone saliva test (advertised on Ebay) would give me the results I need. I feel embarrased to tell my doctor why I want a hormone test. I don't believe in Rx HRT because of the possibility of causing breast cancer.
"I don't believe in Rx HRT because of the possibility of causing breast cancer."

Yet, you were blindly dosing yourself on phytoestrogens?? Do you realize you were doing no different and do you at all understand why such claims are made in the first place? Although it is a fact that cancers and the like feed off of hormone like substances, you need to remember, judging by your age, you are NOT in this category of having excessive hormone levels, being that you (hypothetically) have low hormones. Unless you are currently with cancer. But if you had done your tests, you would know where you stand.

You NEED hormones. We are talking Bio Identical Hormones (not synthetics or poor substitutes like Premerin horse pis pills) under the supervision of an MD. Most MD's should understand why any woman would wish to do HRT. We in this day in age are aging too fast because we are extremely deficient. I heard of a woman in her 50's took progesterone and started her period and freaked out, so she stopped cold. She truly believed her biological clock was supposed to be dead in its tracks. She was very ignorant to think such things. I will always be on HRT from here on out unfortunately, but I am just grateful I can get these bio identical hormones to keep my sanity, health and youth.

It sounds like you'll have to do some research. I can give you a great reference for a Dr. for HRT but he is in San Diego, Ca. just look up Stephen Center. Many women fly from tim-buck-tu to see this man.

The rest your DR. will have to have you do blood tests. Expect to spend about $800-1000 in tests but sounds like you are due anyway Wink

Good luck, you should be on your way from here.
I hear you about HRT. Will HRT help me grow breasts because I've never heard any menopausal women on HRT boasting that their breasts grew?
This is just a dumb question from someone who knows little about NBE.
You will have to try it to find outWink It won't be overnight. But I can tell you when my hormones were dropping, my hourglass diminished, my wrinkles came in, and my breasts started to sag with a loss of tissue.

I am on a BO regimen for the first time as I am low in all hormones but I am also for the first time going to get on T3/T4. So I will need extra protein and some form of HGH. I plan on growing a cup size and sticking with BO for two years. Hopefully, I will make it happen.

Hi tibetan113 - "I am peri-menopausal only because of my thyroid condition".

I too have a thyroid problem (can't remember if it's under or over), but I'm taking thyroxine tablets, so am I too per-menopausal. But what actually does peri-menopausal mean?

Also, how does having a thyroid problem affect your success, etc, with NBE.

Thank you so much

Hi, I think it means you are in range with your hormones to that of someone who is entering the experiencing a shift in hormonal changes entering the early stages menopause.

Thyroid hormones tell your body what to do with many hormones it produces. Since I have a bunk thyroid, my metabolism is slow and the fat goes to the wrong places before the right places.

It sucks. I wish to have caught my condition early. But I still have my ovaries and pituitary to work NBE. I have weak adrenals that I am addressing now.

My advice for any woman attempting NBE: know your body. Its all we have to gauge in our NBE protocols we chose to do.
Thank you for your reply tibetan113.

I have another question which I hope you don't mind me asking, as it is nothing to do with NBE, it's just the use of the forum.

In your reply to me you put in a little box at the top headed 'djt-d Wrote:' with my question below - I just wondered how you do it. I've tried to figure it out, and that's why I just had to write out part of your passage in my last post to you.

Thank you x
