I just wanna ask what are the exact signs of growth, in other words how to know if my breasts are growing?
Must I have a tingling sesnsation?what if i havent?
On the other hand using the measuring tape might be biased,
Taking pictures? It is always hard to get the exact position.
So ladies What signs of growth did you have???
Taking a beginning picture is always good to judge your progress side by side. Just make sure you always take pictures at the same exact angle to get a good comparison. I use a tape measure sometimes, but usually I can tell when my bras are fitting me differently.
Sometimes, you might get tinglies, sometimes you might get severe pain/soreness, and sometimes it might not feel any different at all. It's going to be different for everyone, so try to find another way of judging growth than just stuff like that. I never felt growing pains in my life before NBE, and now, even as fast as my girlies grow, I still rarely get any pains or tingles.

I agree with Doll. It is not necessary to get any feeling, a lot of people don't. It is only mentioned that you may get some feeling (tingling, aches, itching, etc) so you don't get scared and think there's something wrong, and that is it perfectly okay if you get any feelings.
I used to use a tape measure, but it used to upset me because it was never the same measurement (it would go up & down all the time). I probably wasn't holding the tape in exactly the same position, and thus giving me a different reading each time, so I don't think this is a good way.
Also, as Doll said, take photos before your NBE as some people have mentioned they didn't look to have grown until they took more photos a few months into NBE and compared and noticed the difference.
