Hi just need a little help here I ve been reading the NBE and have few ??? so PM is mainly estrogen, PC progesterone, BO estrogen, so if you are low on estrogen you use PM or BO, if you re low on progesterone you use PC? Right? So you use PM and BO the first 15 days till you ovulate and then you use PC the last two weeks of your cycle? Some people can be low on both right? So they use for example PM the first half and then PC the second? It's kind of all about hormones? Sorry for all the questions but I want to get it right. Also if you buy PM cream is it weaker Than the PM capsules, I kind of prefer the cream idea. But if it doesn't work as good as PM pills I get it. Congratulations to all of you who ve grown your boobs naturally I had implants the last 4 yrs and just took them out. My boobs were DD wt them, pre BA size B now not existent but surprisingly they are pretty shape. Althout I am so happy not to have the fake boobs who destroyed my health I feel boobless. I am going to try few natural solutions and once I am healed I will buy the pump and try it too. Hopefully I can get some results to be honest I don't wanna go big at all, I will be happy with size B. Thanks for your help.
