hi i just joined . i hope im welcome here being a guy and all i found this forum lookin up the topic of changing iris color. and i thank you loretta for all your posts. this lead me to finally getting in the right direction. my eyes seem black but in the sun they are actually very pretty. they turn red in the light with a hint of deep rootbeer ish brown . i would love for my eyes to look like that when im not in the light. im also african american. but what i want to know is what kind of honey are you using and also the lemon doesnt burn the hell out of your eyes? lol
lol I can't with you and your name lol too cute! lol but I use regular water BOILED to get rid of any containments, if you really wanna be careful you can freeze the water to its ice and then let it melt, that water would be the best to use, but that the most so I only boil mine.
I use regular pure clover honey, mixed with water and lemon juice. I actually just started this back because my eyes lightened from my last bout and the new color stayed but I want it brighter and lighter. So I'm back at it for two weeks [if I can last that long]
Make sure you start off with a nice clean system too. Oh and it stings for like 10 seconds, its not "painful" per say.
I have brown+green eyes picture is taken in high flash in normal light they look dark i want them to either turn green or very light, can anyone help? PLEASE.
From what I've read, those rings you have in your eyes are bad and probably from trying to lighten them, It's called myopia and the way it looks like your iris/limbal ring is kind of bleeding off into the white. I'd look into it, not to scare you. I may be wrong though.

Hey you are very nice. But its not that what youre thinking. Its because of excessive use for mobile and television. Just tell me can they get lighter ? Or can they turn more green?

I'm not too sure, I've just started this process. MSM drops and honey + chamomille. Been doing it about a week now. I've done some reading about this though and how doing it wrong could result in myopia. Although not sure what all those people were using. Just looking out for ya

Hi guys, I just registered here on this forum and I will, soon, start my lighten my eye color journey!
I've spent a few hours reading all the replies so I now understand a little bit of somethings related to eye color. I know it is genetics, and because of my mother's eye color, I carry at least one light eye color gene!
So, my mom has blue eyes and my father has dark brown eyes. It just pisses me off because my father's father had violet eyes (yes, that is right!) yet my father was born with dark brown eyes. My mother family is slavic and pretty much every member has blue/green eyes. A few have hazel eyes, but majority is blue or green.
I really don't know what color my eyes are. I am pretty sure they are not dark brown or just brown. In fact, many people have told me I have an amber/honey eye color, but the thing is: when I am in a place without any natural or artificial light, they look plain & boring brown, however, when there is light, they become really beautiful! Even many people with blue eyes have told me how beautiful my eyes look when there is light, so I hope that using honey will make my eyes look that beautiful without any lighting!
I'll try to keep you guys updated since I'll, mostly, get the raw honey this weekend and will as soon as possible start doing it. I'll first do this with only one eye so check if this really works. Plus, I'll, soon too, start a raw food diet therefore I hope I can get results faster.
Here are a few pictures of my eye color so you can see how much it changes and tell me what my eye color really is.
