Well I am jumping on it also. But mine has a twist. In one of my eyez I have this Birth mark that I don't know if that mark will also change in color. It will be interesting.

Wish me luck...lol....

@dms1991

Its okay to admit you are doing this experiment because you also really want light eyes. You make it seem like you just want to find out if it works or not.
Most Dr.s are going to say there are no lightening effects, that's a given. But my main concern would be bleph and eye sensitivity or cornea issues.

Yea I want them lighter so why not try the experiment right? =)

The first day (Tuesday):

Using a little spray bottle I am just spraying my eyez a bit like 5 times a day. I used 60 % water and 40% honey and 2 table spoons of organic lemon juice. I can notice my eyez a little bit more bright and shiny but I will post updates every week.

Now I want to cleanse my colon any good methods. Sorry for my typos =)

Thanks for reading my posts.Smile
Hey nextfj, the comment I made was for not for you.

As far as colon cleansing, there are many things you can do. Strange spot on your eye! I wonder if that's really a birth mark.

Any way, check out my thread, I always suspected my eyes were never truly light brown, from green specks i saw, so I have been studying iridology to see how I can heal my body and get my genetic Eye color back. See my progress

I believe honey can clear up the film of the top layer of the eyes and brighten the whites and lighten the iris to a degree, but I also believe it can cause major sensitivity, resulting in eye issues so I don't ever Want to put anything in my eyes.

But since I have been experimenting with clean eating, I have been seeing major results:

And yes, even if you are true brown eyes, they can be a beautiful light golden brown with cleansing.

Hello to everyone. I came across this site more or less accidentally, as I was looking for ways to lighten the iris color in a natural way.
By searching for results and possibilities I stumbled upon this thread.
Got no boobs but something else.. Lol. I'm a 21 year old guy.

And let me tell you.. It actually took me several weeks to read this entire thread. Haha! I readed, stopped, lived life and also discovered other similar threads in other sites. I wanted to research for my own, seeing what others write, think and also experience. As far as I could read, the results vary and while many got good to amazing results, others seemed to bee not so lucky. It also was somehow amusing how often people here asked the same thing. Just read, lol. Very useful information around here.

Anyway, I readed that Brazilians got the most amazing mixed eyes. Tibetan one one three.. Big Grin (how's your diet going btw?) I guess that's somehow true, that's because almost everyone there, excluding the Amerindians, has someone in the family from abroad. I know that Brazil doesn't rank behind the USA in terms of diversity. America may have received more immigrants but Brazil has more Pardo people (mixed African, Amerindian, European and Asian people). I am from Brazil as everyone from my family, but I live in Germany.

That brings me to the matter of the genes. My eyes aren't a typical brown. They fall into, but my limbal ring is somehow darker and in the sunlight I get light brown eyes. In normal light they are some sort of soft amber, having a rusty and reddish touch. Sometimes, they seem to have a light touch of that true beige/yellow colored amber eyes in the background which is at the part of the limbal ring, but I am the only one who notices, so nothing out of order. I always thought that I have usual, somehow unexpressing brown eyes. That's when people tell me that they are very nice and switch to light in sunlight. Actually, I was born with green eyes. But that didn't last long, they became brown. My biological father was of Jewish, Portuguese and Galician descent and had beautiful green hazeled eyes. From the paternal side almost everyone has blue, green or hazel eyes. My mother is of Amerindian, African-Brazilian, Portuguese and also of Jewish descent. On the maternal side, almost everyone has brown eyes, which vary from dark to medium. This is why I believe in this process.

I will get PH-strips, buy a can of distilled water and have already bought the amber colored bottle to put the mix in. Still, I got a couple of questions:

What means 1:1? Is it the same as a ratio from 50:50, half half? F.e., 3 spoons of honey and 3 of water?

Does the PH-value have to be max. 5,5 (so that with the tears it reaches 6) or does it have to be at least somehow, sorry can't remember exactly, between 6 or 7/7,5?

What's the best ratio of honey inside? 20, 30, 40 or 50 percent?

What would be the best honey from these:

Clover
Acacia
Jarrah
Honeydew
Buckwheat
Multiflora
Forest honey

Or this ones:

Raw one (link, too big pic)

Interesting Antioxidant Power Honey (link, not image below)

Sorry, but I just can't decide. I know that many kept asking what one to use, but at least I already sorted the sortiment.. Lol

Does raw honey automatically have to be thick, milky and beige? Is cold-treated the same as unpasteurized? I found out that Jarrah and Honeydew are good bets, but the other ones seem good as well. Some are of a dark color and one can see trough them like:

Jarrah

Honeydew

As the Beatles would sing: "Help! I need somebody, help!" Haha

Too much honey the last days.. Lol. I bet I would get crazy and smash it in case that it's not gonna work. I had too much! Lol
But it will, it takes time..

It would be very helpful if someone could respond. Thanks in advance Smile

Hello. Well I have been using this honey experiment, and I can clearly see a bit of difference, I will post up pictures every 2 weeks instead of weekly updates.

I do small batches.

1 Tsp pf raw honey and 2 Tsp of water if you think it is to thick just add an extra tsp of water. I am using organic raw honey so any of those you posted are good. "Organic,Raw is what you need" Also I add 1 tsp of organic lemon juice.

All mixed in a small spray bottle and I spray my eyes 4-5 times a day.

once when I wake up. then like around 4 hours after and so on.
