Hi,
I'm new here and have lots of questions, so if I can get some advices from you girls before start my journey that would be great!!
I just ordered my BB last week and is thinking to do a milk thistle cleanse before starting my BB pills, since I have tried Wonderup about a year ago with no luck. I think that's a herb supplement?
Also I have been using PM cream since last month and see some heaviness but I dont know if the difference is due to the cream or is due to my birth control patch which I also started last month. And I know that PM pills are not supposed to be taken with BB? Is the same rule applies to PM cream?
So do you think it's better for me to do a cleanse before starting my BB journey? If so, how long should I be doing the cleanse? any brand recommended?
Also I have a temperature needed to be take care of too. So my last question is can I take l-tyrosine or kelp while I'm doing a cleanse? Or I'm better off with no pills whatsoever?
