It isn't that they don't work, it is a case of too much and wasting money. If you are on pills I wouldn't recommend a pm cream more than once a day.

If you already have pills just take them instead. Just for what you mentioned a cream would be more effective than the pill. But the pills do work for this, just not as well as the creams.

Also massage is very useful for lifting.

OK thankyou, so if I go and buy myself the cream now, maybe just use it twice a day?as well as pills?

Could you please recommend the best and cheapest one on the market if you know? Im sensitive to chemicals so would prefer one thats totally natural with no perfume in it
