I just wanted to send a message to those of you out there who are doing NBE and feel like you may not be seeing much growth. Think about it like this: Your hair is growing EVERY SINGLE DAY, but do you notice that it's gotten longer everyday? NO! Usually it takes anywhere from one to three months for you to be able to notice that the length of your hair has grown at all. Today I realized that it's the exact same with NBE. I sometimes fall in to the habit of examining my breasts everyday for signs of growth and this causes some disappointment because I don't usually notice it, BUT overall I know that they have gotten bigger! My bra's are now fitting tighter and they are definitely more noticeable under my shirt when I'm not wearing a bra. I feel sensations of aching, itchiness, tingling, and warmth almost every day so I know they are growing, but like I said I don't always notice a visual change. The fact is, NBE is no quick fix, but it absolutely does work. I am now about a month and a half into my program and am definitely noticing a change(I was able to comfortably wear a non-padded bra for the first time in my life about two weeks ago which is a huge step for me!), but my own eagerness sometimes causes me to become impatient. Be patient, don't examine your breasts everyday, and you will see result! Much love and good luck ladies! Big Grin
Yes, I totally agree!!! One question tho, when you said your breast can become itchy, is that a symptom of nbe? I myself have noticed my left breast around the nipple has been very itchy the past few months, do you think that could be why?xx
I get itchy nips sometimes now, must be from NBE. :/

I used to look for growth in the mirror everyday, but would never see it. Heck, even now I feel like I haven't come that far from where I've started when looking in the mirror. But now, I look in the mirror to appreciate what I have, even though my breasts aren't as large as I want them to be in the end. By appreciating what I have, I don't need to look for growth, and can just be surprised when it shows up. Smile Even now, when I've lost a little bit of growth this past week and I'm not bursting out of my bra like I was, I'm still ok with it because I know my breasts are beautiful as-is, and will only become more beautiful in time.

For those that respond much slower to NBE, sometimes the difference won't be seen at all. That's why it's good to take before pictures, and then progress pictures, so you can look at them side-by-side and see exactly what changes are taking place in your body. I didn't even see the difference in myself except in going up bra sizes until I took a progress picture and could see how much of a difference there really was.
Kins, I definitely think thats why your breasts are itching. That's exactly where mine itch too. Sometimes the itching is really intense and wont go away!
Hi girls,
I have been wanting to grow my breasts for like everr. I used to take supplements for BE and my breasts did grow/swell but when the period ends, they went back to original size. It's happy to see your boobs grow even though just for a while before your menses. I keep thinking on how to retain the swelling Huh now that I think of it, maybe progesterone is the culprit. Why did our breasts grow during luteal swelling? Wahaika said that progesterone stops breast growth but Ginie grew hers using PC because she is progesterone deficient. What if we have a normal progesterone level?? Maybe blocking it will help us retain the swelling and thus become growth like in our puberty times. What do you girls think?? Do you use anti-progesterone herbs in your regime?
sorry, what I meant was *luteal phase not luteal swelling Big Grin

I got itchy too after massaging my smaller breast. I hope it's a good sign Shy
Aaawww this is so helpful!

That's exactly what I have been doing, looking at them too much. Not even a month in and already getting discouraged and I really shouldn't b cuz at night when I finally lay down and do nothing I can feel the tingling. One ?? Though how do I even them out? One is larger than the other by like an inch..yikes when they are bigger its more noticeable.
