Another question.
For those with estrogen dominance or progesterone deficiency(sorry for any spelling errors if I make any) would progesterone cream increase breast size?
Would it be better to use Mexican Wild Yam cream or progesterone cream?

It does help grow your breasts if you are prog deficient, although most women don't realize the difference and I don't think it's used as commonly as herbs and NB. My friend is using it now, she's only been on it for about a month now, so it's hard to tell whether she'll grow or not. She did get AMAZING swelling the first week, though!
If you're going to buy it, buy USP Progesterone, not progesterone made from soy. It'll be more expensive, and look at the ingredients list. Progesterone made from soy can't be converted properly into progesterone in the body, and can't be used (from what I've read). I'm guessing because of that, it's probably a better option than wild yam cream (however, even some USP Prog creams will also contain wild yam).

This is possiable just note that you should cycle it for your androgen receptors will build a resistants to it.
Agreed, always cycle PC. It's best to use it for two weeks, then off for two weeks. Every two to three days, you should apply it to other parts of the body than the breasts, to absorb it better (apply on places where the skin is thin and veins are visible, like the wrists and inside of the elbows). Do that for two to three days, then apply on the breasts again. This will keep the receptors in the breast from filling up, which would prevent your body from using the progesterone. Also, the best part of the breast to apply it is going to be the very top of the breast, like the top of the pectoral muscles. Although, if your breasts are veiny, applying it directly to the full breast may work just as well.

I strongly recommend PC as I'm growing with it! It won't work for everybody but it's worth to try it. I use it from day 15 to day 30. The rest of the month I just take fenugreek! Very easy and only those two things.

Wow sounds interesting. Well we now know that the breasts need BOTH estrogen and progesterone to grow. I still am not sure if I would add progesterone cream to my program just yet as I am getting good growth with PM goat's rue, as well as wild yam, and vitex in luteal (both of which are sources of progesterone)
Gorgeous Blonde, you are already taking vitex and wild Yam, so you dont need PC.
I found out I am progesterone and estrogen deficient. But even more so progesterone so I think that is why I grew with PC alone and using it the 2nd week of fol. phase(yeah that was me) months ago.
I will now be cycling with PM and Bio-identical progesterone from my Dr.
I am feeling far more comfortable with my decision in my new program. I know its what I need.
