Hi all, been a while, but finally out of school for a while and considering doing this. I've just gotten hired and have other things to save for, but out of curiosity how much have you ladies spent in the first couple of months? How much would you recommend a newb to have aside when first starting a regimen, on average? Any estimate helps! Thanks Smile
It depends on what type of program you'll be using. I would suggest getting blood work, reading the threads on this site and researching the supplements that would best enable you to successfully do NBE. If you get blood tests done you'll be able to better determine what to avoid trying.

There are somethings that you can count on using for NBE like a good multi-vitiman, healthy foods in the refrigerator, plenty of water and weights for working out/staying toned.
Is the bloodwork something one can get done with their regular physician? And how much would you say it all cost you within the first 3 months?
On my herbs, I'm spending maybe about $50 a month. It's hard to average it out though, because each of my pills last different amounts of time. So it might be a little more, maybe a little less. I've saved a little money since dropping maca, and have saved even more money by buying larger quantities. Of course, it will all always depend on your regimen and what method you plan to try. Like Brilaw suggests, to save money, try finding out your hormone levels before starting so you can start on something that's much more likely to work for you.

If you can't afford to get your hormones tested (I understand money being tight), try checking hormone imbalance symptoms online to see where you might stand. It's not exact at all, since most of the symptoms are symptoms of pretty much everything, but it's worth a try. (Although if you have year-round allergies or something like that, you might not want to add anything that might be an allergy symptom if you're not sure whether or not the symptom was pre-existing.)

Try this online hormone balance test.
There are breast enlargement creams on the market that can cost anywhere from 50-60 dollars per jar. Generally you can use a jar for about a month so you will be spending this amount per month until you see results which can take anywhere from 3-6 months.

Stop spamming.

Results all vary depending on where you started from, what your program is, what your body responds to and how it responds, and what your goal is.

Most women will START to see results within 3-6 months, but won't reach their goals for another year or more after that. Some women even take a year just to START responding to anything.

It is all about you and what your body wants you to do. Even if you get your hormones tested, there's no way to guarantee you'll see anything in 3-6 months.

Many women will try multiple things over a few years before finding their personal answer. Just don't give up hope, and if money really is an issue, either wait until you can afford it or start off will the smaller things (like individual NBE herbs) and slowly work your way up from there if they don't work for you.
Easiest and cheapest start.

Get 3x bottles of ainterol for 45 odd dolars and birth control with a lot of progesterone and estrodiol.

So that is like 10 dollars a month. It may be enough. Combined with massage and good diet. My grew 8cm in 3 months doing that.

Now I have added other stuff to fix the stalling. But it was cheap and worked for awhile.

But yeah investing in blood work would be crucial. If you don't want to waste time on routines not right for you.
I don't mean to hijack this thread, but Jiberish, would you mind posting some sort of overview of your partner's successful program somewhere? I can understand why you might want to leave out any info that might be too personal. I would really like to know what kind of birth control she was using and whether or not she's taken any long breaks yet. What have you done to break the stall and how well has it worked?

I've been looking through programs that combine PM and BC, and I haven't gotten very far yet, but what I've seen so far is pretty baffling. Those who do well on this combo tend to do spectacularly well, but others don't get any results despite not having any hormone balances severe enough to have been diagnosed. I guess you can see why I'm baffled and searching for any more information I can get. Thanks Big Grin
I have mentioned it a few times but here it is.

When she started she took thanyaporn PM 3x350mg per day. A weaker PM cream massaged in once a day and birth control with the highest estrodiol and progesterone available. Doing that with the occasional up'll D (maybe 3-5 times a month).

She did this and had great results for 3 months. After which she stopped birth control because she ran out and kept forgetting to get her sister to buy more in korea. (We don't get it in Australia because it is cheaper to get in korea because you don't need to pay to see a doctor to get the prescription). Any who at that point growth stalled. But at the time I didn't put 2 and 2 together.

At which point I tried different things. Wild yam, more/less pm and some other stuff. Anyway doing more research into it, I found the importance of progesterone. So I tried looking for good sources. But progesterone cream isn't legal without a doc's prescription and the research behind the herbs is lacking. So I got her to order the BC with the most progesterone&estrodiol which happened to be the one she was using before.

Since starting again growth has slowly started again.
So the current program is
High Progesterone/Estrodiol BC
Ainterol 2xday (20 days starting after period ends)
Ainterol cream massage once a day
Up'll D (few times a month)
Chasteberry 2xday (10 days following pm)
Vit C

Started at 84cm over/77under now 92.5/93 over 78 under

She hates taking pills so it has be simple as possible.
