Hello everyone!
So I've been researching the symptoms of various hormonal imbalances on the internet, and I've come to the conclusion that I have low estrogen, and ever LOWER progesterone! WOW! So that explains my under developed breasts!
But anyways, what I was thinking to change this was to take 2 siriporn pm's a on days 7-28 of my cycle, and then use a progesterone cream during my actual period. I was also thinking of taking a wild yam on my period just so I can keep my estrogen levels from completely plummeting. Would pm be a good herb for me?
Do you think when I raise my estrogen and progesterone I will see decent growth? seeing as how I was lacking in the hormone department before. Let me know what you think!!
