Hi Y'all,

It's been awhile since I was last here... I will try to update soon.. But I have a question about L-Arginine Cream..

I have been taking L-Arginine Capsules but I really want to isolate the areas that I want the growth more, i.e. the breasts. I was reading that L-Arginine Cream can do wonders along with everything else I am taking.

I can't really go and buy the cream at the moment (perhaps for another 2 months and if I can find it) so I want to make my own cream using the Vitacost generic version of L-Arginine capsules that I have.

Tonight I tried to mix the powder from the capsules into the natural progesterone cream that I have and whipped it up until I could not see anymore powder nor feel any grit on my fingers.. After applying it to the breasts and messaging it in, after about 10 minutes after it all dried it left a white coating all over the breasts, so I am not sure if 1. the l-arginine absorbed, or 2. the l-arginine prevented some of the natural progesterone cream from absorbing properly..

Does anybody know a better way of making the cream from capsules? or am I getting enough with the white coating left over the breasts with the current method? I would hate to have to leave the white coating on for a long time before whipping it off to wear a bra!

Maybe mix the capsules with distilled water first to make a serum then whip it into a base cream? Make sure you have pure stuff first it may be a load of fillers in the capsules making the white powder effect.
