I've been looking into Goat's Rue and I think I could benefit greatly from adding it to my regimen. I know that herbs work differently depending on how you consume them, and I was wondering what could be said for Goat's Rue. Are they best taken in capsules, applied to the breasts like fenugreek, or steeped in tea? Thank you for everyone's help, I've learned so much in the few days I've spent on this site.
i was wondering the same thing..what's the best way? capsules or applied directly on breasts? i've read some mothers' testimonials that claim that is more effective in order to produce milk if it's directly applied. and fenugreek, do you apply it or do you take it in capsules?
I think some people take goat's rue in either tea, extract or capsule form.
Fenugreek on the other hand is usually taken in capsule form, however I use both the powder and extract forms (one or the other on any given day).

I think that i misunderstood what mothers said, actually that is more effective to take the extract with some liquid instead of the capsules. Seems that the extract helps to produce more milk.
I'm considering to buy the extract instead.
What brand do you use?
