To start off I'm new to this forum and pretty much everything else lol! I'm 22 years old and a few months back I started looking up information about my breast. I've always felt they're a bit weird and have not grown or changes in years. I don't care so much being a 34B but they're definitely not fully developed and don't match my body. I have a normal frame but am a bit curvy in my thighs and hips. I started my research and have found a lot of good information. It seems i have low progesterone levels but not necessarily high estrogen levels. When I was in my teen years I had a very stressful life with a lot of problems with my stepdad and I know stress can really take your hormones out of wack. After a while I bought emerita's progest and have just begun using it! I was thinking of taking 1 cup of fenugreek tea with it but again my problem is more with progesterone and since my estrogen levels are pretty normal would taking the tea be a problem? Should I even take it since it more for estrogen and the cream is progesterone? Not sure how to go about adding the tea in or if I even should! Any and all advice really is appreciated!!
I´ve got the progesterone deficits, too. Sometimes I have horrible breast aches before menstrual period for example. But I don´t want to stink like a ram so I refuse to take fenugreek. I am going for monk´s pepper and yarrow (bloodwort) and I am going to eat lots of carrots in the luteal phase. Carrots have lots of diosgenin just like wild yams so why not buy local and go for carrots? Even pineapple is supposed to help with progesterone. The Bromelain increases the Progesterone level.
Get some PM if you want more growth.

Take oral PM for 15 days of the month following your period and continue progesterone cream usage.

The phytoestrogens won't affect your progesterone but the progesterone will make the phytoestrogens more effective.

From what I've read, fenugreek is good because it increases estrogen, but won't increase it any higher than it should be. So, if you are estrogen dominant, that doesn't necessarily mean that your estrogen is high. So increasing both isn't harmful and might actually show you better results. And one cup of fg tea won't be early enough to change your hormones too much. Try it and see what it does for you!
