I am reading Essential Cleansing for Perfect Health by Brenda Watson and came across the following information. Saunas increase your body temperature which stimulates increased production of growth hormone, has anyone heard of this? If sauna increases growth hormone, then sauna can increase breast size maybe! I use the sauna regularly at my gym.

Oh my goodness i wish this is the case i absolutely love saunas!! Haha i heard of countless benefits of it on the body but never that it promotes hormone production, thats very interesting!! Thanks for sharing that, sincenur a regular user have u experienced any changes in ur breast size?? I remember wen i used to use the sauna like 4 times a week my breast size swelled a lot due to the increased blood flow so i guess thats another benefit for breast growth!!

I wonder if it's a dry sauna or not though? I have a sauna at my gym also but it's a dry sauna.

Yes offcourse they meant dry sauna for detox. Many natural doctors tells us to stay away for wet saunas since you are breathing in all the chemicals from the water, it's like a gas chamber of poison from the evaporated chemicals and toxins in the water.

I've never heard of women taking saunas saying it made their breasts bigger.

It's not growth hormone we need anyway.

I think we do need growth hormone to some extent. I mean it's one of the hormones which has a role in breast development.
