I'm trying to decide which PC to buy. These are my choices:



-Oceanus Naturals Internal Harmony Progesterone Cream

OR

-Source Naturals Progesterone Cream



Has anyone tried either of these? Which brands have others had sucess with? Any input would be appreciated! Best wishes to all!

I never tried either, but I have been using Progest available at Vitacost. So far I like the results though not sure if it is growing my breasts. It has kept my waist slimmer, and my hair and nails are shiny. It has also reduced anxiety and stabilized my moods. My research indicated that it was the best progesterone cream out there.

I can't find enough info on the Oceanus brand... The Source Naturals I know fits the profile for a good PC.
