Hi,
I wanted to start to do breast exercises so that my boobs could be perkier, and was hoping that it would help making them higher by an inch...
Is this guaranteed to happen, or at least possible?
How high has anybody else's breasts lifted by doing chest exercises?
There are lot of good exercises that can be helpful but i personally suggest you to go for the given one:

Low incline position movement. Say about 25 degrees. Chest press and fly motion. Enough weight so failure is about 12-15 reps. But not so heavy failure is before 10.

An easy one you can do at home is to hold your palms together at chest level and the base of your palms should be touching your chest. Your fingers should be pointed outward. Then while pressing your hands together. Extend your arms out.

Kinda like that. To add resistance hold something between your palms. Say a book.

Also massaging the breast in an upward motion.

Breast massage will help with perkiness. Building pectoral muscle will help push out the breasts. However, your pectoral muscles raise higher than the main part of your breast, so once you get your boobs perking up, this might actually help them look even perkier.

Mine are really perky already, and I'm gaining growth very fast, so I can't say how much of a difference my chest exercises are making. They can't hurt, though, so just try it out and see how it helps you (still, I suggest massaging daily to actually help sagging breasts).
