I'm fairly new to this NBE stuff and I've been reading how a lot of girls have problems with PM and their periods. I wasn't thinking about taking PM in pill form, but as a cream because of all the negative side effects ppl are reporting from it.
I'm on the nuvaring and I'm worried what herbs might be bad to take with it. I don't want to get off it because I dont want to get pregnant & my boyfriend and I are very sexually active (excuse me if that offends anyone).
I'm thinking about taking:
Goats Rue
Wild Yam
Red Clover
Saw Palmetto
& maybe Blessed Thistle.
On top of that, I already take a mixed supplement called Bust Boost and massage with a cream w/ PM as a main ingredient before Noogling. If anyone can help me it would be greatly appreciated.
