I've been trying fenugreek for about 1 month but I noticed only a little change. Are there other herbs to recommend? Do you recommend creams of any sorts? Thanks.

There are loads of herbs and all do different things. I suggest you look through Isabelle's thread, but this gives the basic outline.

I don't think many women have grown from taking just fenugreek alone. It's usually combined with other herbs. It's probably a good idea to look in the newcomers section where there's a lot of information on herbs.
I've been taking Fenugreek for about 3 weeks and my cycle hasn't come yet! It has definitely delayed it, im not pregnant but dont understand why it hasnt come yet. I havent taken it for 2 days hoping it will come, any advise welcome!
