Hi, I'm new to this site. I was doing Enhance for 11 weeks then changed to Noogleberry, which I have been doing for a month. Ive noticed a slight change.
I have ordered PM as I have read that for many people it has helped with growth.
I started taking wild yam over a month ago and I thought it made my cycle shorted and much better than my usual one. It also came 2 days early.
Can anyone advise on how and when to take PM? Is it safe to take with wild yam?
I've read it should be taken straight after the cycle for 15 days, but other conflicting ideas on the net.
