Hi! I'm 33 yrs old. I started at 36a 32b. Currently a 32c 34c. I started on bs (breast success 4 months ago gain less than half a cup. Then added fenugreek 610mgs 5 weeks ago. Added sp (saw palmetto) a week ago. Any ideas what I can add after I run out of bs in a couple of weeks. Don't want to stop growth but id rather go the cheapest route. Also want a nb but waiting till I get more money. Thanks for any help.

Well I ran out of fenugreek, and can't get more until next week. So I have decided to take a break on all herbs. I still massage with fg and sp batter. I also drink soy milk. Have been doing this for a week and I think I'm growing!! I also take vit. C and probiotics. Will update in another week when I go back on herbs.
So today I got feugreek 610mg, hop 310mg, wild yam 500mg, evening primerose oil 500mg, msm1000mg, vitamin c 500mg, and will add my saw palmetto and garlic 1000mg.
Ok so no pains but got some swelling. Don't know what to do. ANY ADVICE? Can I grow without pains? I take 610 mg fg 4xs a day, sp 500mg 3xs a day, hops 310mg 1x a day, wild yam 500mg 3xs a day, msm 1000mg 3xs a day, vitamin c 500mg 3xs a day, epo 500mg 4xs a day, garlic 1000 mg(not for nbe), multi-calcium,zinc&magnesium. I message with breast success cream, added fenugreek extract & sp.

also bought flax seed oil 1000mgs. I will add this to my program 3xs a day.
