Huh, that's interesting! I always thought that I'd lose swelling if I took a long break after 30min

Just got the CXL in the mail, and it's huge compared to the CL. I couldn't get it to stay on so I'm noogling with the CL for 30 min or so...maybe then it'll stay on. I will say that the outer edges of the CXL hurt my skin...kind of like if I pressed down long/hard enough, I'd get scrapes....I need to find a cheap alternative to some soft rings....or I might just try to file the edges a bit to smooth them out.
