I've been hearing and reading a lot about L-Arginine.
What is the recommended doseage for NBE?
What about making a cream with L-Arginine in it and applying to the breast? I wonder if that would help with the process?
Anyone have any ideas?
I may try making a cream with L-Arginine in it and add L-Arginine to my supplemental regimen.
More information that maybe helpful that I found today! Wow! Hope this helps others along with me!Smile I'm going to include this in my regimen for sure now as I had evil implants and have been explanted with breast lift but I did not do fat grafting. If you never had implants you maybe ahead of what explanted women have to go through and may even get more pleasing results!

That girl's pics and stuff sound like another girl on this forum, she's an ex-implantee, had them removed, got the fat grafting, used NBE creams, etc. So probably same person. So nope you are not alone here being an ex-implantee. If you don't mind me asking, what made you get them taken out? If it's too personal you don't have to answer, I just like to see why, it gives me more reasons to never consider it.
Hi Anastasia916, no I don't mind telling my story(well in a nutshell). I got them out because they were making me sick! A hole array of symptoms like hair falling out, eyesight degrading, skin rashes, joint pain, ringing of the ears, digestive issues, hormonal issues, sleep problems, anxiety, and the list goes on. After getting them out my symptoms gradually have gone away, but even that takes time and a lot of cleansing. I sure learned a lot about the body in the process. I feel so lucking to have had a compassionate surgeon to take them out and do the lift I needed. I firmly believe with my whole heart and soul that implants are evil and shouldnt be on the market. One way or another they will effect the body in some negative way in everyone. Whether they want to admit it or not or believe that the implants are the cause. Also when you get implants they hurt like heck during the healing from surgery process and you can't lay comfortable on your tummy ever! Bending over naked with no support bra on like in the shower or just putting on your undies is not comfortable, sports oh forget sports(I'm a martial artist and I had to stop because of the implants. I was afraid they may break!!!)It's a very unfortuniate thing. I think fat transfer/grafting and then breast enhancing supplements and techniques like NB and massage are great things that will work and are proactive and make women feel better about themselves. Gesh if I only looked further into NBE I would never got the implants. I was so caught up in the quick pace of life and wanted quick fixes. I've learned the hard way for sure, but I've learned a lot first hand.

Yes, I did find that posting of the member about her L-Arginine experience thank you. I just made up my own formula of grapeseed oil about 2 ozs. and 4000mg of powdered L-Arginine to massage into my breasts (maybe twice a day?) and see what happens. I found a liquid L-Arginine I may get to test out as well to see if it would work better(better absorption so I don't need to use so much). http://www.tjclark.com/liquid_larginine.htm
I'm also taking 3000mgs a day. Just started today. Looks like a great amino to take just healthwise anyways!
I'm not going to do the progesterone cream as I'm using BO currently and don't want to mess with that.
I'm noticing more and more women on here and other forums who had theirs removed that say the same thing, they had a big array of bad symptoms and once the implants were removed they went away.

And yes I love L-Arginine it lowered my high blood pressure and I feel it's a real benefit to NBE also.
