So after this period (it hasn't started yet, coming any day now), I'm going off of my BC, Alesse. I've been using BC on and off (mainly on, only off for a few months) for the past 2 years. I'm 20 right now. I really want to start an herbal NBE program, but I don't know if I should start this cycle since I'm just getting off of the pills or start next month(s). Any help on the subject would be much appreciated!
