Thank you for the advice. You are right, I haven't taken any PM yet, but I don't think I will until I'm at least 18 (besides I'm still a bit confused as to when to take PM). Many say to take it without breaks, some say to take it after your period, others say to take it during, and then there are the different birth control methods being used. So, in the meantime I'm just going to keep gathering information about PM until I'm ready. For now, I'm just going to continue with massage, hypnosis, and the nb when I get it. And I won't give up!

P.S. Anastasia, I remember you from 3 years ago. When I wanted to restart NBE the first thread I thought about was yours. You were the one that first that inspired me Smile And I noticed that you have started your own PM program, good luck and can't wait to see your results!

Yep Big Grin I joined the PM band wagon lol. So far so good, no bad side effects or anything, so that's a good sign. I'm personally going to take it everyday, not cycling it, I might cleanse or something after 3 or 6 months, but that will be it. I think the massaging, hypnosis, and pumping is a great option. Many have grown just by massage and pumping alone. If you read on the noogleberry forum many of the ladies there do not take herbs or BO, they take nothing to alter their hormones. Sunsetz got really great results from NB and I think the only NBE thing she did besides pumping was consuming chicken feet soup which I believe is rich in gelatin and collagen. So I think that's another option as well gelatin and collagen supplements, as well as getting your protein and vitamins in daily. I think any of the supplements most forum members here take except NBE herbs, PM, and BO would be perfectly fine for someone under 18. Good luck! You already have a great starting size, wish I was so lucky to start where you already are!
I think that is what I am going to do when I am ready, hopefully by that time I'll have bc that won't give me periods. I think it will be easier that way. I just got my noogleberry and I can't wait to try it Big Grin. I have been going on the nb forum a lot lately and I have seen the results of those who noogle without any herbs. I'm pretty sure I'll get great results with just nb, massage and hypnosis Smile I also started taking a children's multivitamin and I might start taking protein shakes. I'm going to go start noogling now!
My left breast is smaller than my right one. How do I pump one breast more than the other?
You can do it a ton of different ways. You can pump both breasts at the same time and put more pressure on the smaller one, how you do this is you can pump then pinch the bigger sides tube to the dome with a chip clip, document clip, or other type of clip of sorts. Then you pump the other smaller side with more pressure then hold for your session. How I personally do it is I have 2 airlocks, one connected to each dome, I put more pressure on the smaller side this way and lock off the air on both sides during my session. I use the pump and hold technique, always have. Other ladies pump one breast at a time and pump the smaller one for a longer session or they skip a day on the bigger one and only pump the smaller one some days. Experiment and find what works best for you.

One little thing to add. Sleep, good sleep. This is when your body releases your growth hormones and don't skimp on protein.
Thanks Anastasia. I was putting the covers over me which would hold down the tubes and then lift the tube of the smaller one and pump that one, but I've been using the paperclip method since I don't go under the covers anymore.

Jiberish, yes I've been getting a lot of sleep lately but I need to start taking more protein.

I feel like my boobs have shrunk! They feel and look much smaller. Is it normal? Is it the pumping or could it be from my period that started Wednesday. I've also been really sick with the flu for a week.

They're normally smallest at the end of your period. Day 5 or so.
