So I Finally Got my Progesterone Cream aka PC... but i have now idea how to use it.. and ive been searching through threads to find how.. but cant seem to to come upon it... i know your supose to follow your cycle? but i have no idea how that works... But i could tell you i got it 2 days before my period i used it both days then one day after i started.. but stopped becuz i thought you were supose to use it afterwards... i am off now... can i start using it again? And How do i use do i just rub it in?
