I haven't read anything on this site about echinacea so I thought I'd share that it has been proven to have a protective effect on hyaluronic acid (thus preventing any loss...)

When using echinacea for a healthy immune system it seems to be more efficient to cycle it - 2 weeks on, 1 week off - however due to the inconsistency of research, a standard dosage does not exist, nor is there a proven specific dosage... I think it's a matter of trying different strengths and dosages until you find that sweet spot that works for you.
