I've been researching the most commonly used supplements for NBE users (HA, collagen, MSM, etc.) and came across varying claims...

I prefer to get the majority of my needs through diet alone but I understand the importance of collagen synthesis for NBE - do these articles leave anyone else wondering if HA renders oral collagen supplements obsolete? IMHO most multivitamins just wind up as expensive urine, so it makes me wonder how much of what we consume is a waste of money... I mean, is it all just overkill? Can we get most of what we need from a balanced diet and a few potent supplements?

I definitely plan on taking 4,000mg MSM, 150mg HA, 500mg L-Proline, 1,400mg L-Lysine, & 100mg L-Threonine (well, mayyybe not because the idea of upsetting your liver and winding up with ammonia toxicity isn't terribly appealing) but the jury is still out on collagen...

If anyone wants to chime in on collagen or even gelatin supplements, I'm all ears! I just want to see some credible studies that show collagen supplements are just as efficient as HA in healthy individuals or even that they work in unison...

Ho hum, back to work... Rolleyes
