Hello ladies,
I'm trying to develop a program that will help me specifically with my tubulous breasts. I have done a lot of reading ever since finding Out about NBE. I know so much more now compared to nothing at the start.
I would just like someone with a bit more experience to give me the go ahead. This thread will also e where I can ask questions about Bogine ovary if I get to use it

DIAGNOSIS
Ok...With my tubular breasts in mind i decided to research all there is about tubular breasts on the boards and on some other websites...
So it seems like my low progesterone levels are the culprit in why my breasts are not able to grow (makes sense since i am estrogen dom)
1. progesterone cream (only during luteral phase)
it is clear now that many other girls with the same problem i have had had taken some sort of progesterone cream to help build a wideness to the breast area. this sounds pretty good to me.
2. Noogle Berry everyday
The next thing on my program which i want to try out is NB. i already ordered it and despite my size i got the larger dome ‘Large Contoured’ because it helps the breast grow wider and rounder. along with a medium one to use for when i want to grow outwards.
3. (MAYBE) Bovine ovary
I also really wanted to try out adding Bovine Ovary but i have a feeling it will bring my Estrogen level too high.. i need an expert with this one!!
So These are the 3 main things i want to try. i will need to add more things to complement the use of these 3 but i would be really happy if this works.

3. (MAYBE) Bovine ovary
ADDITIONS:
For Massage:
cocoa butter with Vit E
Evening primrose oil for first half of cycle
For Roundness
Fennel Tea
Goats rue - i read this make breasts round and grow glands
Wild Yam Root (i think this one i should take at the beginning of the cycle??? - because it is a phytoestrogen.. is that right?)
For extra ummff:
Kelp - to keep body temp high but i think it is only if i take BO
L- Arginine - same as kelp and for growth.
Sheep Placenta complex - i couldn't find lamb but i suppose they are cousins.
i would really appreciate it if anyone knows anything i could add or take away from what i have put together. i have done a lot of reading and i believe this could be my best option.
I have one chance at this i want to be a full rounded A for my wedding.. not much to ask.. but it is in 6 months so it is my one shot before the big day. i wont be extremely disappointed if this does not work.. i will keep trying after my wedding lol..
