sorry long post, the short version is below long reason under that.

I was just wondering have people around you noticed that your have grown? and what is there reaction? And how did you explain it?

I had a short time where I look enormous I was tight in a C cup (but I had put on weight it wasn’t really NBE and when I lost it, they shrank) and close girl friends were saying gosh your boobs great when I tried on new cloths, tbh it felt amazing to be told that but I could pass it off as weight gain, I had a bit of extra weight and that was obvious so I passed. But the point was, they noticed and I’m starting to think about how you explain it. I’m hitting an age where this sort of thing doesn’t happen naturally anymore unless your pregnant. I cant really say growth spurt. And I’m getting thinner. You don’t lose weight and grow boobs usually! What do I say? A small change and you can pass it off but I’m thinking after I have pumpped its looking a little big these days.

How old are you? My cousin gained half a cup size at 26.

I'm 24 I didnt think people grew any more, I know at 21 you have a spurt but I thought that was the final one and I did have a change in my body at that age so I thought that was my lot.

You have a spurt at age 21? I'm turning 22 in May...I've been an AA cup since the age of 16. I'm on tricyclen lo and can't realy take any herbs...I just want to fit my bra.

It was a general spurt. I grew a bit taller, my face got a bit sharper and generally started to look like an adult rather then a teen and I got a few more curves-my boobs got a little fuller (but they didn’t grow) and my hips a bit wider but I also got slimmer. But that was why I thought it was over the final one. you might still be due for it or it might hit at 23 just how your body is I got mine at the end of being 21 just turned 22.

You know you don’t need herbs for NBE the are many other methods to get you into that bra. massage, pumps, hypnosis i have even found exercise really good working out has given them a lift don’t be discouraged.

I'm 23 and I recently found out I grew about 3/4 inch in height. So strange... I felt taller but I thought that was just because I was exercising more but it turned out I did get a little bit taller. My NBE isn't noticeable yet since it's only been about a month but I have told one of my female friends about it. She was just a little worried about it (I'm using brava at the moment) like if I could get breast cancer from it but other than that she seemed pretty cool with it. (She's petite and naturally a 36D! Ah! So lucky!) If any of my close friends (guy or girl) ask I was just going to tell the truth but if it's someone I'm not that close to I was just going to say I'm a late bloomer and had a growth spurt.

You can tell your girlfriends you started taking birth control, some of my girlfriends have token it and saw increase in breast size.

I haven't told my boyfriend what I have been doing, but he has made comments about how my breasts are getting bigger. Early on in my program, I told him that if he massaged my breasts they would get bigger, so he should massage them as much as possible for me. It was kind of a back-handed way to get the massages in without actually having to do them myself or tell him why I take all these pills.
So, whenever he notices growth, I just let him believe that it is the massages that he gives me! They definitely don't hinder my growth, that's for sure.....
