Hello everyone! I would really appreciate if you guys can help meSmile
I started nbe about 3 weeks ago.
I am 21. aa-a cup, asian, non- smoker, no kids, don't drink coffee or coke.
this is my program: (I ramp up really slowly because I am aa cup. I started taking just 1 fg then 2 then add wy,etc, should I increase doses?)

morning
Fenugreek 575mg (from greenbush)
wild yam 575mg (from greenbush)
vitamin b complex with folic acid plus vitamin c
multi vitamin
flaxseed oil 1000mg
epo 1000mg
zinc 50mg
vitamin e

afternoon:
Fenugreek 575mg (from greenbush)
wild yam 575mg (from greenbush)
flaxseed oil 1000mg
epo 1000mg

evening
Fenugreek 575mg (from greenbush)
wild yam 575mg (from greenbush)
flaxseed oil 1000mg
epo 1000mg
massage with:fenugreek powder, epo and olive oil, use heat pad afterward(sometimes i massage twice a day)


I still have no growth sign yetSad besides i got several pimples and I usually don't have much pimples . I know I should be patient because I learned that it takes time. But I am thinking what I can do to help with my program. I recently bought Dmso Liquid( add a drop on each side before i use heat pad), borage oil to replace epo(how many should i take?), and l-tyrosine(i don't really know how does it help but I saw it in other post)
I am thinking to add: hops, gaba, fennel,msm too. don't want to use Saw palmetto because i heard it gains thigh fat.
what do you guys think?advise anyone??? also that would be great if you guys help me with the doses that i should be takingthank you so much!!!!!!!Sad

You need to add saw palmetto equal to fenugreek. Thigh fat can be avoided with exercise. A good workout is always a good idea.

Are you steeping the batter that you use for massage?

You might try also adding 3000mg per day of MSM, and if you can manage chicken foot soup then that is always a great way to go. If you are getting plenty of meat in your diet then you do not need L-Tyrosine. It does not hurt to take a capsule per day. If you have any brittle nails, dry hair, foggy thinking, add kelp to your program.

Be patient. When starting from AA, the process can be slow to start. You might even lower the dosages of the herbs to 575mg per day, and then slowly increase by one capsule and pay attention to what helps your body to respond. Being in tune with your body is the single key element that determines success no matter which program is used.

thank you so much wahaika!!!Smile so saw palmetto is the thing that i m missing...is there other herbs that can substitute it but have the same effect?(hops?, fennel?) because i m already trying hard to get rid of my thigh fat.. i can't afford getting moreSad

and yes. i did steep the batter

I will definitely get some MSM todaySmile..and maybe rest for a week and start over again??

There is no substitute for saw palmetto. The closest thing would be pumpkin seed oil. Also add goat's rue in equal amounts to fenugreek, make a goat's rue batter and alternate it.

The thigh fat could be a problem. Do you have excess stomach fat and/or back fat also?

does Dmso Liquid has the same function as MSM? if i am using dmso, would it hurt if i take MSM?

Those are all internals. Make a goat's rue batter and a fenugreek batter. Smile (But adding all of those things to a batter will not hurt anything)

DMSO comes from MSM but it is not anything like MSM. It also has to be used just right or it could cause problems. I recommend avoiding DMSO unless you are using extracts.

If you continue from where you are and just make changes as you go, everything should be fine. Pay attention to your body. If you are feeling deep aches or deep itches, then stick with what you did that day and use that as a baseline. You can make alterations from that point of reference.
hmmm.. i just ordered the Dmso few days ago:/ the one i ordered is Dmso Liquid, 99.9%.. i think i saw you mentioned in some other posts is to add 1 drop only on each boobie after massage with batter and before using heat pad.. is that right? why does it cause problem?
The problem is that it works too well. The purpose of topicals is to be as local as possible. DMSO will make it absorb through blood vessel walls which makes the topical systemic - which could make your thighs bigger.

If you are going to use DMSO, make sure that the skin surface is absolutely clean of everything including soap residue, otherwise this will also be absorbed. If you wanted to take this to the nth degree, rinse with deionized water and dry before doing topicals. I say that only to emphasize the point.
