Lots of people are already using bioidentical progesterone cream, but as far as I know, no one is using estrogen cream. I'm thinking about making myself the first guinea pig for this BE approach, but I don't even know where to begin. At first, I thought about posting this on the PM board since so many of the women there know so much about how to keep track of their hormones and keep them in balance. I know so little about cycling and hormone balance that I barely even know what questions to ask, but I'll try.

How should I keep track of my hormone balance throughout my cycle, and what exactly am I looking for?

I know that PC can be easily stored in fat tissue, and this can severely complicate dosing and testing. How do I take this into consideration when I choose my dose, and how many days to take it? How do I avoid oversaturation? What about bioidentical estrogen? How easily is it stored in fat cells and for how long? The issue of tissue saturation is extremely confusing to me. I really hope somebody can shed some light.

Should I be charting or logging somehow? What kind of charting?

Is it possible that I should aim for very slight estrogen dominance? Not enough to make me sick, but enough for the estrogen to stay a little "ahead" of the progesterone. One of the important functions of progesterone is to halt growth of estrogen sensitive cells, so there are some people on this board who think that slight estrogen dominance might be necessary for breast growth. What do you think?

Should I be concerned about any other sex hormones, and what should I do about them?
