Hello all, I was reading about PM and how you need to have a normal cycle in order to use it, well, my question is: can I regulate my period using PM and SP? I'm really irregular, just did a bloodtest and it came out I have high androstenedione levels, and low progesterone. The doctor recommend me a BCP to regulate my cycle, but I though it may be possible with a herbal combination, please tell me what do you think :/. The BCP he recommends has a high dose of anti-androgens.
