I've been reading thread after thread and it seems mixing herbs with PM is a no no except Goats Rue? I'm interested in this because I like taking fenugreek and it seems Goats Rue is similar but with out the extra estrogen.

I think it is ok to take Fenugreek when you are not taking PM. Do you cycle PM or take it non stop?

Well I don't want to cycle if I don't have to because I've read that some women lose their results. The thing that confuses me is people on here say you should mix PM with other herbs but it seems a few brands do mix PM with others.

Show us any science at all that anybody knows whats in goat's rue. This is non-sense that you can read about only in the world of the forum.
There is very little science on this stuff.
Pueraria Mirifica is very, very potent.....throwing in the kitchen sink is not
helpful.....but then again its your body but it won't make yours breasts larger.

Unless you are doing something to balance your progesterone. You will most likely cause an imbalance if you don't cycle.
Also cycling can help keep the receptors fresh and not over worked. Otherwise you may need to keep taking more and more for the same effect which could make the side effects worse. Just use other strategies while you aren't cycling like massage. You will always lose a little but your goal should be to minimize the amount.
As for goat's rue, there are thousands of bunk supplements that do nothing. They don't need to prove it works to make claims on the bottle or how effective they are. Like those green tea fat burners you see selling for 20-40 a bottle. They have an increased metabolic effect of about 3% which is around 50 calories.....

use it. Both young women in their 20's can use it and mature women can use it. Since I know you can read and write do some research for the correct dosage for you personally. HELLLLOOOOOOO and understand the context before commenting.
If you take PM without break. You may become oestrogen dominant because the balance of oestrogen to progesterone is out of whack.

I can't help but wonder how much education one might need to know the difference between "you're" and "your". Also, you may want to check your CAPS LOCK button, I think it may be stuck or something. Can't imagine anyone so thoroughly educated not knowing such simple things about typing.
