Hi everyone.
I'm just wondering if anyone knows what the most effective extraction method of PM is. I have always found creams more effective than anything taken orally, but I need to ensure the PM can be absorbed transdermally! And don't tell me to just buy cream, it's much more economical to make your own, and you can be sure of the potency!

It would need to be mixed or fused with a transdermal agent.

Lots of PM creams on the market. But I think they aren't good because you won't get enough via absorption alone. You would need to rub in the cream like 4 times a day. I suggest taking them orally. Most hormonal products are either oral or injected.
