I am new on this website , and I was just wondering if anybody has had any succes with BO/PM ?

Ive heard you aren't supposed to mix the two. However, I have been wondering myself.

Sorry , I meant has anyone had succes with Bovine Ovary or Pueraria mirifica separatley . I don't know wich one I should take . I am 25 , and I am less than an A cup . I want to know wich one is better ?

This forum is full of women who have had success with both products--that is why it is here!!

What you really need to do is read through program threads, etc., because YOU know YOUR body best, and you will be able to figure out, based on research, what will work best for YOU. We can only tell you our experiences, but we cannot tell you if it will work for you. Unfortunately, one of the most divine laws of NBE is, "what works for one may not work for another." That is why I stress to read as much as you can, because only you can decide what you think will work based on your body. You will learn SO much about NBE and your body, and you will be able to tailor a program for yourself.

That is the best advice I can give, because that is what I have learned to do. You can only find out so much by asking around, but you can learn an incessant amount by reading.

best to take bo if u think your breasts are underdeveloped(eg if they are tubular or dont have much shape)
if they are developed but small pm should work well too
