Hi everyone 
, i've read that collagen really helps with NBE but im vegetarian and can't take neocell type 1and 3 as it contains bovine collagen. Ive been thinking about taking the fish collagen instead. Does anyone have any experience with this and will results be the same as bovine collagen? Help is much appreciated. Thanks!
