I am taking maca to help me gain weight. I weighed 120lbs before I moved back to ohio from florida. I had to live with my inlaws. in 10 mths I went down to 95lbs. so I just want to gain some weight back. it has helped me put on 3lbs. I dont believe it is slowing my progress as I am feeling some sensations in my breast. I am also using my enhance system now. seems to be doing aright so far. I wore it for an hour and an half last night. now I need to work out a routine of wearing it in the morning as well. If it prevents my growth I will stop taking the maca. Thank you for the information. so how is your progress going?
Do you have any idea how many of us would absolutely die to lose 25 pounds in 10 months? You might suggest to your in-laws that they consider opening a weight-loss bed & breakfast. (Just to let you know how the mind sometimes plays tricks, I initially typed bed &

So, you think BO is really working for you? That's great news! I know one of the other girls mentioned that eating farm fresh stuff really helped her. I will believe that, and it seems like BO relies on what you put into your body (protein and such).
As far as my progress, I'm not sure, I'm gaining some, but maybe I'm just hoping for miracles. Also, I had to have minor surgery on Thursday and I'm now taking steroids to keep the swelling down, which I have a feeling is interfering with what I'm doing with Brava. So I've been wearing it for 20+ hours to counter act the steroids. We'll see, I guess.. Week 11 is almost over for me. I still haven't seen a super major growth spurt, just slow and steady. But I know that Leckie mentioned it didn't pick up for her until week 17.
EricaB: for as many people who want to lose weight there are just as many who want to gain it. Being stressed out was not what I wanted.It seems as though we all have something we want to change about ourselves.
Malina: I would say it is wor very well. I make sure to have alot of protein in my diet. I keep it wrote down what I eat for the day just to make sure I am getting enough. The brava system is a very slow system as is for any other system for that matter. I have the enhance system and it will probably take along time for me as well. As long as we have patience and stick to our routines religiously we may have a chance. I could only imagine where I would be if I could have continued brava a few years back. I hope everything goes well with the healing process from your surgery. Remember just stick with your routine it is still early yet for your growth spurt. How is your swelling does it last long?

I agree with you on the weight issue, it's funny how that works. I know that most of the time I want to lose weight, but sometimes I'll drop too much and I start freaking out about gaining it. It's never *just* right.
Yeah, slow and steady.... It will have to be. My swelling is about half a cup size through the evening. Probably what they refer to as 100cc. I hope to get about 150-200cc for my troubles. I'm guessing I have that in the morning now. It takes about 190cc to change a full cup size, according to plastic surgeons.

I am pleased with some of the results I am starting to notice, even my husband can see it. I am starting to fill out a little on the top so my breast dont seem so flat. This gives me motivation to continue with my program. I know its not swelling because I only use my enhance system at night for two hours, and I didnt put it on last night. I was so shocked that he noticed it on his own the other day. I think he knows my breast better than I do

I am on day 18 of UB and my husband notice my breast are feeling a little bit more full. or as he put it tighter
. I am so glad I invested my money into Ultra Breast. It was worth every penny. I owe it all to UB for I have to much company here to be able to wear my enhance system. I massage once to twice a day when I think about it. I cant wait to see what my results will be in six months.
Things are looking pretty good for my first month of UB. I would be doing alot better if I was wearing my enhance system, but it is impossible to wear the system when my nephews are here all the time. so I need to learn how to sleep in it. my swelling is good when I wear it for two hours, and it last for around three. I am gonna try to wear the enhance system tonight.
The tops of my breast are starting to fill out slowly but surely. which is definetly a good thing. I am getting about an inch of swelling that lasts for a couple of hours before it goes down, which is wonderful considering I dont get to wear them as long as I would like. I fill up my small domes with in a half an hour, then switch to my mediums, but they hurt some since they are bigger trying to get use to them. I suppose I am doing pretty good since its only been a month on UB, and using the domes a couple hours a day and not every day.
