Welcome to you both (Cupcake and Smith) from an old timer here, about 2 weeks. Cupcake, when you talk about diet, it helps if you're a little more specific. Some here (like me) need to lose weight, others need to gain weight, others are just looking for a nutritious diet which will help with NBE (Natural Breast Growth). All I know is my ice cream diet doesn't seem to be making a slimmer trimmer me.
