I just started and am curious: has anyone see lasting results from just taking oral supplements and massage? No NB at all?

It looks to me like most people are doing both.
THANKS!
Well Hello Valerie,

I have seen a few posts by people who only do pills & massage they do see results but I have noticed that even though most see results getting the NB helps them realize the growth because of the swelling and growing pains... I have read so many posts I cannot remember now who started with ONLY supplements... Happy hunting check out the personal program forum, you'll find a wealth of infomation!!!!
It is definitely possible to grow without the NB! A lot of women on this board have, including me. I never used NB until I started PM. Even then, I didn't start until a 2 months or so after I started PM. I actually just got consistent with it for the past month and half. I took a lot of breaks last year before the New Year. Since I have returned to school early to mid-January until now, I have been consistent for 1.5 months.

What I am trying to say is I haven't relied solely on NB. I got growth without it initially, about an inch, maybe a little less.

I definitely think it is a great investment and worth the time that you have to put into it. After committing to 4-5 times a week, 45 min-2 hours a day (sometimes in a few different sessions), for 1.5 months, I can say that it definitely makes a difference. Whereas when I was sporadically using it, I couldn't tell if it was or not.

It's all up to you! Wink
Of course you can ! I did: went from a loose 34C to a full 34D and still growing ! I'm planning on buying a NB though, to give me a 'boost'.
I don't think I will ever grow.
I have been on my routine (EVERY DAY) for 4 months and nothing has changed.
Nothing. Sad

I feel like a total loser.
Please don't feel like a loser. We are all different with hormone levels all over the place so a successful program is somewhat trial and error. If something doesn't seem to encourage growth then try something else. If you aren't responding to what you are doing now, then maybe it's time to switch things up a bit. And if you don't mind me asking, why do you seem hesitant to try the PM? I see from your program page that you were interested enough to buy it. I know there are lots of people who have had some problems with it, myself included, but it's easy enough to manage (for myself ) by using cycling, or adjusting dose. And should it be that you are one of those who just cannot tolerate it, just stop taking it, and then at least you know. Plus, at least you have some knowledge about pm, unlike me when I first started taking it. Wink

I have gotten some growth from pm, but not yet a full cup size. I'm considering noogleberry myself, but the one thing I keep hearing from users is that you must be consistent with it to see results. Right now, life for me is a little bit hectic, so I may wait a while.

And I'm really not trying to push PM on anyone, but like I said, you already bought it, so you must have wanted to use it at some point. And it seems like you want to explore other methods now, so why not try what you already have? Smile
sgc42 - Thanks for your encouragement.
It feels good to know your support... I do indeed have 3 bottles of PM just waiting to be used in my desk drawer. The reason I've put it off was because when I first found this website I got some advice about "trying supplements before going the PM route" When I bought PM I didn't even know what cycling was, and if I hadn't discovered this site I would have taken PM right away without having a clue. In all honestly, I still don't completely understand the whole cycling thing. So I figured I would just take the supplements and if that didn't work then I'd do more research into the PM and cycling.
Recently I was recommended a new program (http://www.breastnexus.com/showthread.php?tid=11167 post #10) And I think I may have been doing some things wrong in my original program... I'll try this new recommended program first, cause I already have most of the supplements already and if THAT still doesn't work I'll try my PM. It's feels good to know I have an experience PM user to ask questions to when I do give my PM a try! Smile
