So, I've spent several hours reading tons of posts, and I am still pretty confused. I found a schedule Isabelle wrote out for PM, and here it is:
1 capsule days 25-5
2 capsules days 6-8
3 capsules days 9-11
0 capsules days 12-17
2 capsules days 18-24
Isabelle also said you can take SP for the first six months of doing PM. Would SP be taken on all days, or only on days of PM? Also, how would I incorporate goat's rue/fenugreek/maka into this routine? I seemed to get the impression that fenugreek, and GR are to be taken during the luteal phase, but that's all. And maka with PM? Please help me someone, I am so confused... >.<
Also, here are my measurements:
Underbust: 28
Bust: 33 (used to be 32, took natureday products for two weeks)
Waist: 26
Hips: 36
My ideal size would be a 34C/D.
