The beginning of April will mark one year of NBE, and I've been doing the wy/fg/sp program, and have added goats rue recently. I use the booby batter everyday (twice).
Anyways, I thought for sure that I went up a cup size, and got measured at various places but they have me at the same size 32b or 34a. I can tell a difference in the mirror, but my 32c bras have gaps in them so obviously I didn't grow cup size wise. Best case scenario, I was smaller than i thought and was actually 32a and went to a 32b, but according to my measurements I grew about 3 inches and I'm still theoretically the same cup size.
Should I just quit and save my money and sanity? It's been almost a year and I feel like I don't have much to show for it except some fullness.
Well thanks for letting me vent, I'm a little down right now with my results.

if you grew 3inches its definitely worth carrying on it doesnt matter what bra size stores say you are half the time they dont even pay proper attention while measuring also even if you didnt go up a bra size you could have grown more rounder or more at the cleavage instead of outwards

Thank you. I know you are right it my head, but I would just like the results to be more tangible, know what I mean? I'm just afraid I am continuing and not getting anywhere.
