Full Version: Wahaika, Advice Emergency!

I am a Filipina (from the Philippines), although I am living in Cambodia at the moment. I have boobs about the size of an American woman -- IF she were 14 years old, lol! I need some help figuring out what I should be doing, since I don't feel like figuring this out on my own is really providing the kind of results I'm looking for. I'll provide as much information as I can below. I don't know how things are measured yet, but if you can tell me I'd be happy to provide the rest of the information you need in my next post.

Information:
- I am exercising almost every day (moving my arms as if I were making a snow angel, doing push-ups, and holding my arms straight out to each side of me while moving them in small circles), but I haven't been doing that long enough to expect any results yet.
- I am taking Pueraria Mirifica capsules 2 times every day, 500mg each time.
- I am also taking birth control pills, though the PM seems to have no effect on the birth control pills.
- My husband and I dance the horizontal tango about 5-6 times per week. I've read in a few places that doing that often helps increase size, although I don't know if it's true.
- I do a breast massage (or my husband does it for me) only 1 time every day, about 300 circular rubs.
- I'm 27 years old.
- My built would probably be considered "petite" according to Western standards: I'm 149cm tall, and weigh 38kg.
- I don't have any medical conditions.
- I haven't had any children yet.

My husband thinks that the reason my boobs are on the small side is because of what I was eating when I hit puberty (and throughout my teenage years): fried fish and steamed rice. The tendency in the Philippines is that the girls born into rich families eat healthy and eat plenty, so their boobs grow up big and good during their teenage years. This doesn't happen to every girl born in a rich family, but certainly is the tendency.

Can you help me? What other information do you need? Is my husband right about my diet affecting my boobs when I was a teenager? Any and all help from anyone would be appreciated.

What is your current band & cup size?

What brand of pueraria murifica are you taking?

What birth control pills are you taking?

Are you using any topicals with the breast massage and following with heat from something like a heated pad?

Thanks so much for replying quickly.

Yes, my height and weight are right there.

I know for sure that I'm a size 34. While I don't know for sure what my cup size is (I only look for "Small" when I go shopping), from the comparison charts I've seen it looks like I'm a B cup.

The brand of PM I'm taking is from a company called Pueraria Ltd, and it says they're company is in Colchester, England.

The birth control pills I take are Minidril.

No lotions or oils are used when I massage, and I don't have a heat pad. I'm just rubbing my hands together to warm them up.

I'm eating well now, since I've been with my husband. He really loves meat, so almost every dinner has chicken or pork or beef in it. He also always asks me to get plenty of vegetables and fruit when I go to the market.

Everything I ate for the past week? Well, I'll try my best: rice, carrots, bok choy, chicken, pork, bitter melon, bananas, pineapple, papaya, potato, and pear squash.

I'm doing a couple other things: sit-ups & squats. Nothing else, though.

Add push ups with hands low. Usually, push ups are done with the hands at the shoulder level. Imagine a line across the bottoms of the breasts and this is where the palms should be at the side, not up even with the shoulders. Does this make sense? Not too many reps. One set of 10 should be plenty.

Are you able to get St. Herb PM?

Also, would you consider an herbal program using fenugreek, fennel (tea), wild yam, and saw palmetto? You will also need a good multivitamin, a B complex, Evening Primrose Oil, Borage Oil, Olive Oil, and Flaxseed Oil. Do you have these available?
Sorry to but in but I wanted to ask wahaika a question since you were talking about FSO, EPO and Borage.

Wahaika, I'm currently on BO (BB), how many mg of FSO, EPO and Borage oil should I take a day?
Are you doing anything topically?
No I'm not doing anything topically. Just cocoa butter when I noogle.
How long have you been doing BO and noogling? Is it working?
I have been noogling for 6 months now, and I have been on BB for 4.5 months.
I think I was overpumping the majority of those 6 months I was noogling, now I am taking it nice and steady.

I have grown, maybe about 2 inches. It might seem like a lot, but I am still small, based on my measurements, I am considered an AA cup. Even though the tape measure says I have grown 2 inches, it doesn't look a lot, maybe because I was so small to begin with. I was an AAAA cup. Or maybe I am just measuring wrong? Because it doesn't seem like its that much.
I haven't seen as much roundness as I had hoped.

I am very sorry for my late reply. Thank you for your advice, and yes: I can acquire St. Herb PM. I have started doing the push-ups you described, and I can definitely feel my pectorals getting a workout. I'll try to acquire all the oils and vitamins you described, as many as I possibly can. Is there anything else you can recommend to me?
