I was reading some threads on "stalling points" high doses that cause NBE to stop or stall and I noticed that you need little soy to get NBE results. My problem is I am vegan and soy is a major part of my diet. I am beginning to think that when I am ready I will use Hops, Goat's Rue, Peppermint and Red Clover in my regiment (might change I'm pretty sure that is what I am going to use). Will me eating 1-3 soy items a day block or effect my NBE journey?
There are two things to consider with phytoestrogens: quantity and strength. Enough phytoestrogens will flood your estrogen receptors and block your own body's estrogen and block other phytoestrogens. Soy and red clover are both weak phytoestrogens. Red clover contains huge amounts of phytoestrogens while soy has less. Hops is stronger than both but weaker than PM and it contains very low amounts of phytoestrogens. Thus the soy (if eaten in large amounts) and red clover will probably flood the receptors and block much of the hops and real estrogen. That's why red clover is often in regulating supplements: to block excess estrogen. There's not much point to taking both red clover and hops.

In your case it might not be a bad thing though. I've read theoretically that estrogen needs progesterone to work, for example to make estrogen receptors, and I've never really believed dominance is helpful. But besides that anecdotally I've read about people who grew on progesterone cream alone. And another person who got zero results from PM until she was on a progestin (progesterone imitation) shot at the same time. Leaving out phytoestrogens may be fine for now, and more comfortable too. Goat's rue and peppermint are fine though.
