Hi everyone! My question is, what are the different methods of cleansing after having taken many supplements? I am afraid I have never done this Thanks in advance!

It appears that Milk Thistle is known to have some cleansing effects on the liver...would this do the job?

the only cleanse i know about is the water cleanse
where people drink lots of water
